How to Use Simora
1. Create or Log In to Your Account
Before purchasing, create a Simora account or log in to your existing account. This helps us deliver your order securely and allows you to manage your purchase history.
2. Select Your eSIM Product
Go to the shop page and choose the eSIM plan that matches your destination and usage needs. Review the product name, data allowance, validity period, supported network type, and price before adding it to your cart.
3. Check Device Compatibility
Before completing your purchase, make sure your phone, tablet, or device supports eSIM technology and is not locked to a specific carrier.
Important: Simora is not responsible for failed installation caused by unsupported devices, carrier-locked devices, incorrect device settings, or local network restrictions.
4. Complete Checkout
Review your cart and complete checkout using the available payment method. After successful payment, your order will be processed automatically.
5. Receive Your eSIM Details
After payment confirmation, your eSIM QR code, activation code, or installation details will be sent to the email address used during checkout. You may also be able to access your order details through your customer account.
Most eSIM orders are delivered instantly or within 15 minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification, technical checks, or provider processing delays.
6. Install Your eSIM
On most devices, you can install your eSIM by opening your mobile network settings and selecting the option to add an eSIM or cellular plan. Scan the QR code or enter the activation details manually.
7. Activate Mobile Data
After installation, select the eSIM as your mobile data line. In some destinations, you may need to enable data roaming for the eSIM to work correctly.
8. Keep Your QR Code Safe
Do not share your QR code or activation details with anyone. Once an eSIM is installed or activated, it may not be reusable on another device.

- Select Add eSIM.
- Scan the QR code provided by Simora.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Select the eSIM for mobile data.
- Enable data roaming if required for your destination.
For Android
- Open Settings.
- Go to Network & Internet or Connections.
- Select SIM Manager or Mobile Network.
- Choose Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan.
- Scan the QR code or enter the activation code manually.
- Follow the device instructions.
- Enable mobile data and data roaming if required.
