All eSIM products are delivered digitally. No physical SIM card or physical shipment is provided.

1. Delivery Method

After successful payment, your eSIM details, QR code, and activation instructions will be delivered electronically to the email address used during checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Most eSIM orders are delivered instantly or within 15 minutes after payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification, technical checks, or provider processing delays.

3. Delivery Fees

There are no shipping or physical delivery fees. All products are delivered digitally by email.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Please make sure your email address is correct before completing your order.
  • Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you do not receive the email.
  • Please ensure your device supports eSIM before purchasing.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

6. Digital Product Notice

Once an eSIM QR code, activation code, or installation details have been delivered, the product is considered digitally delivered.
