2. About Our Services
Simora provides digital eSIM products and mobile connectivity services through partner telecommunications networks worldwide.
All products sold through our website are digital products delivered electronically.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Have legal capacity to enter into contracts;
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
We reserve the right to refuse service where eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submission of an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.
Simora reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject any order;
- Cancel transactions suspected of fraud;
- Request additional verification information;
- Refuse service where required by law or compliance obligations.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency indicated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing pricing before completing a purchase.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Partial Prepayments
Simora does not offer or accept partial prepayments for purchases made through the website. The full purchase price of an order must be paid at the time the order is placed.
Orders will not be processed or digital eSIM products delivered until the total amount due has been successfully paid and the payment has been confirmed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise by Simora, customers cannot reserve, activate, or obtain an eSIM product by paying only part of the total purchase price.
Simora does not store complete payment card information.
6. Wallet / Account Balance
Simora may provide registered customers with access to a Wallet or account balance feature through their customer account.
The Simora Wallet is designed as a convenience feature for customers who purchase digital eSIM products through the Simora platform. It allows eligible account credits, promotional balances, refunds and other approved Wallet funds to be maintained within the customer's account and used for eligible future purchases.
Purpose and Necessity of the Wallet
The Wallet is intended to improve the purchasing experience for returning customers and to simplify the handling of account credits within the Simora platform.
In particular, the Wallet may be used to:
- Store eligible account credits for future eSIM purchases;
- Apply approved refunds or promotional credits to the customer's account;
- Enable faster repeat purchases without requiring the customer to use the full external payment process for every eligible transaction;
- Provide customers with a clear record of their available balance and Wallet transactions;
- Allow eligible Wallet funds to be used toward Simora products and services;
- Support account-level adjustments where a transaction requires a credit or reversal.
The Wallet therefore functions as an internal customer account feature that supports the purchase and management of digital eSIM services on Simora.
How the Wallet Works
- Customers can view their available Wallet balance from their Simora account;
- Available Wallet funds may be used toward eligible purchases on Simora;
- Wallet transactions and balance changes may be displayed in the customer's account history;
- If the available Wallet balance is insufficient to cover a purchase, another available payment method may be required;
- Wallet credits may be subject to verification, refund, promotional, or account-specific conditions.
Wallet balances are intended primarily for use within the Simora platform and do not constitute a bank account, savings account, deposit account or investment product.
Wallet balances do not earn interest and should not be treated as stored savings or investment funds.
Wallet Credits and Refunds
Where applicable, eligible refunds, promotional credits, adjustments, or other account credits may be added to the customer's Wallet balance.
Eligible Wallet credits may subsequently be used toward purchases of eSIM products or other services made available through Simora.
Transfers to Other Simora Users
Where Wallet transfer functionality is made available, registered Simora customers may be permitted to transfer eligible Wallet balance to another eligible registered Simora user.
This transfer functionality is provided as an ancillary feature of the Simora customer account system. It is intended to allow customers, where permitted, to share eligible Simora account balance with another Simora user for use toward products and services available through the Simora platform.
For example, a customer may choose to transfer eligible Wallet balance to another registered Simora user so that the recipient can apply that balance toward an eligible eSIM purchase.
User-to-user Wallet transfers are not intended to provide a general-purpose money transfer, remittance, banking or independent payment service.
Wallet transfers may be subject to:
- Availability of sufficient eligible Wallet balance;
- Account eligibility requirements;
- Transaction limits;
- Identity or account verification where required;
- Fraud prevention and security checks;
- Technical or compliance restrictions;
- Additional conditions displayed within the Wallet interface.
Simora reserves the right to reject, delay, restrict, suspend, review or reverse Wallet transfers where fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse, technical errors, account compromise, payment disputes or compliance concerns are identified.
Restrictions on Wallet Use
The availability of Wallet refunds, withdrawals, transfers, reversals, or other transactions depends on the functionality made available by Simora and the applicable transaction terms.
Customers must not use the Wallet for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or unauthorized purposes.
Simora may suspend, restrict, reverse, or review Wallet transactions where fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, payment disputes, technical errors, or regulatory concerns are identified.
Important: The Simora Wallet is primarily designed to support eSIM purchases, account credits and related transactions within the Simora platform. Any user-to-user transfer functionality, where available, is an ancillary feature for transferring eligible Simora Wallet balance between registered Simora users and does not convert the Wallet into a bank account or general-purpose payment service.
7. Device Compatibility
Customers are solely responsible for verifying that their device:
- Supports eSIM technology;
- Is network unlocked;
- Meets technical requirements for activation.
Simora is not responsible for incompatibility resulting from unsupported devices, carrier restrictions, software limitations, or user configuration errors.
8. Digital Delivery
eSIM products are delivered electronically via:
- Email;
- Customer account dashboard;
- Other electronic delivery methods provided by Simora.
Delivery generally occurs immediately after successful payment verification.
Delivery may be delayed for security reviews, fraud prevention checks, technical issues, or system maintenance.
A product shall be considered delivered when the activation information, QR code, or installation details become available to the customer.
9. Activation and Service Usage
Customers are responsible for:
- Installing the eSIM correctly;
- Following activation instructions;
- Ensuring device compatibility.
Network performance may vary based on:
- Geographic location;
- Local network conditions;
- Roaming agreements;
- Device capabilities.
Simora does not guarantee uninterrupted network availability.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because eSIM products constitute digital content delivered electronically, refunds may not be available once delivery or activation has occurred.
Customers expressly consent to immediate digital delivery at the time of purchase.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable consumer protection laws grant a withdrawal right, customers acknowledge that such rights may cease once digital content delivery begins.
By completing a purchase, customers expressly request immediate performance of the contract.
12. Prohibited Activities
Customers may not:
- Use services for unlawful purposes;
- Engage in fraudulent activities;
- Circumvent security measures;
- Interfere with network operations;
- Resell products without written authorization;
- Abuse promotional offers;
- Violate applicable telecommunications regulations.
13. Fraud Prevention
Simora reserves the right to:
- Suspend transactions;
- Request identity verification;
- Cancel suspicious orders;
- Restrict access to services where fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or unauthorized activity is suspected.
